Maggie O'Neill, Executive Director for Wake Forest Downtown Revitilization Group, will present information on "greening" downtown . This presentation will include the ways that historic preservation is the best for eco-friendly design, encouraging pedestrian friendly downtowns and finally new LEED requirements that take reuse into consideration.
