The Wendell Historical Society has been collecting yearbooks from Wendell high schools and having them digitized in to the online Digital NC collection at the North Carolina Digital Heritage Center for free access to all.
The collection currently includes Wendell High School yearbooks 1933 to 1965 and Vaiden Whitley High School yearbooks for 1966-1970.
We are seeking Wendell High School yearbooks for the years 1934, 1935 and 1938. We would like to borrow these from the owners so they can be scanned into the Digital NC collection and then they will be returned.
